Kathy is a fifth-generation Texan with a strong love for all things Texas, particularly the Hill Country. She spent her childhood summers on Lake LBJ, which fostered her deep affinity for the region. Despite growing up in Dallas, she eventually relocated to the Austin area with her husband.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona and began her career in the Dallas commercial real estate market. Over the years, she built a diverse background in the real estate industry, including several years as a mortgage loan officer. Kathy’s wealth of experience has enabled her to effectively handle various aspects of real estate transactions and is known for her consistent track record of satisfied clients. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and has been recognized as a top producer and top listing agent. Kathy follows a philosophy of treating others the way she would like to be treated and is committed to making every transaction as smooth as possible while providing an incomparable level of service from contract to closing.
Kathy has been living near Austin for over two decades and is deeply involved in her local community. She has served on PTO boards for both Lake Pointe and Bee Cave Middle School. Additionally, she is a member of various organizations, including the Austin Board of Realtors, Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, LTHS Cavalettes Booster Club, Lake Travis Football Booster Club, SCI Austin, Austin Ridge Bible Church, and Kappa Kappa Gamma.
In her leisure time, Kathy enjoys spending quality moments with her family at Lake LBJ. She is an outdoor enthusiast who frequently engages in activities like running, hiking, and hunting.
