Kathy is a fifth-generation Texan with a deep appreciation for the lifestyle, land, and legacy that make the Texas Hill Country so special. She spent her childhood summers on Lake LBJ—an experience that shaped her lasting connection to the area. Although she grew up in Dallas, Kathy ultimately made her way back to Central Texas, where she now lives with her husband.
Before becoming a Broker and Partner at HSB Real Estate, Kathy earned her Bachelor of Science in Regional Development from the University of Arizona and began her career in commercial real estate in Dallas. She later expanded her expertise as a mortgage loan officer, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the transaction from every angle. This background allows her to anticipate challenges, navigate complexities, and guide her clients with confidence and clarity. Known for her professionalism and consistency, Kathy has built a strong reputation for delivering results while maintaining a high level of personalized service. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and has been recognized as both a top producer and top listing agent.
Kathy approaches every client relationship with a simple philosophy: treat people the way you would want to be treated. She is committed to making each transaction as seamless as possible, offering a concierge-level experience from contract to closing.
Having lived in the Austin area for nearly three decades, Kathy is deeply rooted in her community. She has served on PTO boards for both Lake Pointe and Bee Cave Middle School and is actively involved in a number of organizations, including the Austin Board of Realtors, Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, LTHS Cavalettes Booster Club, Lake Travis Football Booster Club, SCI Austin, Austin Ridge Bible Church, and Kappa Kappa Gamma.
Outside of real estate, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family at Lake LBJ. She loves being outdoors and can often be found running, hiking, or hunting.
