Chris Munnerlyn is a senior real estate executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in luxury residential development and large-scale sales operations. He has generated more than $450 million in residential sales and played a pivotal role in the development and sales of high-end master-planned and resort communities.

Chris has held senior leadership roles where he directed sales and marketing for some of the most prestigious luxury residential developments in the country including the Ritz Carlton Dallas, Escondido Golf and Lake Club in Horseshoe Bay Texas, The Reserve at Lake Travis, and Loraloma Club in Spicewood, TX.

He’s built his career working closely with builders, developers, and buyers to bring projects to life. Whether it’s positioning a high-end community or driving early sales momentum, Chris is known for taking a practical, hands-on approach and getting results.

Earlier in his career, Chris competed internationally as a professional tennis player on the ATP Tour, an experience that shaped his competitive drive, discipline, and results-oriented leadership approach.

He earned his MBA in International Business from Georgia State University and a BS in Finance from Clemson University.
